Over the past 13 years, d3h Hotels has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the design and construction of hotels. We recently celebrated the construction of our 10th build. In addition, d3h owns and operates nine hotels across Western Canada, including a HomeSuites by d3h in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Recently, d3h developed a process to understand customer’s needs & wants when searching for a hotel. That’s why we recently created our sister company, D3CM Construction Management which builds, designs and administers the entire construction process of new hotel builds and renovations, leaving the owners with a superior product.
D3CM Construction achieves this through:
- Maintaining a large following of quality sub-trades;
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in hospitality;
- Getting the best value for money spent by utilizing the buying power from 9 other properties; and
- Creating a finished, turnkey product that addresses market demand.
